I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as the location was super convenient, right in the heart of Kuala Terengganu and close to shopping and dining options. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a nice view of the drawbridge. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I felt the dining options could use a little more variety. Overall, it's great value for money, although I wish the Wi-Fi would be included in the price.
